We want to ensure that the Loyola Leasing application process is as easy as possible, so we require certain information for our application approval process.

You can fill out the application below. Please read the application thoroughly and fill out completely. Each applicant is required to pay a non-refundable $400 move in fee along with a $50 credit check fee . Fees are due at the time applications are submitted.

All applicants must also submit the following before the application can be processed:

Copy of a government-issued Color photo ID (applicant and guarantor)
Any applicable processing fees (These can be dropped off at our office or mailed)

Credit Checks

Each applicant must have a co-applicant/guarantor. Co-applicants must undergo a credit check. Students cannot be their own guarantor or another applicant’s guarantor.

Once we have received all the required information, you will be contacted by a Loyola Leasing representative within 2-3 business days.

(1) The Move-in Fee of $400.00 is NON-REFUNDABLE, unless this application is denied by Lessor.
(2)Credit Check fee of $50.00 is NON-REFUNDABLE.

I understand that this application:
1) shall be incorporated in and become part of the Lease contract of the premises sought and if incorrect or untrue shall be grounds for termination of the lease; and
2) shall not be deemed complete until all applicable fees have been submitted.
